Renee Decker, Assistant to the President

Ms. Decker joined Quest: arts for everyone in 1999 and takes care of the day to day operations of the company.  Assisting the President, Tim McCarty, Ms. Decker works behind the scenes as the administrative support to forward the mission of Quest and the company’s many quality programs.

A love of theatre began at the age of 12, when introduced to the behind the scenes life by her brothers, starting with “The Music Man”.  Since then, it has become part of her life.

Ms. Decker achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Western Maryland College with concentrations in Theatre Arts, Education, Computer Science and Mathematics.  Ms. Decker worked in administrative support positions and part-time for various theatres, including the John Addison Concert Hall in Fort Washington, The Publick Playhouse in Cheverly and the Historic Weinberg Center for the Arts in Frederick as a Performing Arts Theatre Technician. Quest allowed Ms. Decker to bring her talent for administrative work and merge it with her love for the theatre.
